The product family needed one coherent customer entry point and operating standard without pretending that early-access software, browser prototypes, and long-term platform capabilities were already one production system.

   Create the organization context, identify users, and present available products and their real readiness.

   Connect users, permissions, subscriptions, and product-specific onboarding without mixing operational data boundaries.

   Enter HR, retail, or accounting workflows designed around the product's own users, controls, and system of record.

   Connect the operating engine

   Use controlled Odoo integration for Pillar HR while keeping prototype and future native-platform boundaries explicit.

   Review workflow evidence, exceptions, readiness gaps, security controls, and the roadmap before expanding the platform.

• I defined the Pillar product architecture: Pillar Workspace as the customer entry point, Pillar OS as the platform direction, and focused HR, POS, and Accounting products.
• I developed a workspace prototype covering organization onboarding, users, product access, subscriptions, connections, administration, and support journeys.
• I built the Pillar HR early-access foundation with an Odoo 19 control center, a Flutter employee and manager application, versioned APIs, security controls, multilingual flows, and tests.
• I developed synthetic-data POS and Accounting prototypes covering retail operations, invoicing, payments, expenses, journal entries, financial reports, settings, and audit history.
• I documented the production boundary and roadmap for server-side identity, tenant isolation, PostgreSQL persistence, accounting controls, audit evidence, billing, observability, backup, recovery, and security.
